As the Director of Digital Sales Development, you will lead our SDR organization, drive pipeline performance, and optimize inbound conversion. You will build and refine a high-performing outbound engine, develop SDR managers and teams, and advance modern outbound practices. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with deep outbound expertise and a track record of pipeline growth.
About the role
- 5+ years in B2B Sales Development; 3+ years leading SDR managers and teams
- Proven success driving both inbound conversion and outbound pipeline generation
- Experience building scalable outbound programs across SMB, Mid‑Market, and Enterprise
- Strong cross-functional communication and influence skills
- Deep outbound expertise in segmentation, messaging, and multi-channel strategy
- Familiarity with modern sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, ORUM, 6sense, etc.)
- Strong coaching, performance management, and talent development skills
- Analytical mindset with strong operational rigor
- Technically savvy and open to AI-driven SDR enhancements
