About the role
- 5+ years minimum, successful experience selling to B2B accounts
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Proficiency with CRM tools
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

- Identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for Quadient business automation solutions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, IT, Operations, Customer Experience leaders).
- Managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation and close.
