Join our team as a BPO Production Planning & Scheduling expert. In this role, you will drive global excellence in production planning and scheduling by designing, standardizing, and optimizing processes that align supply with demand, ensure product availability, and minimize production inefficiencies. You will also be responsible for risk assessment, performance reviews, and campaign coordination for identified risky suppliers. If you have strong experience in supply chain planning and scheduling, integrated business planning, and expertise with systems like SAP, Kinaxis, and OMP, we want to hear from you!
Key missions
- Drive global excellence in production planning and scheduling by designing, standardizing, and optimizing processes.
- Ensure the completion of risk assessment, identification, and mitigation, and act as a link with operational risk experts.
- Coordinate monthly performance reviews with RP Champions, affiliates, and category teams, and manage Ecovadis & Sedex campaign coordination.
