As the Head of Supply & Procurement, you will be based in Havana, Cuba, and will play a key role in defining and implementing the supply chain strategy, leading cross-functional projects, managing logistics and stock, overseeing procurement activities, leading the logistics team, and managing the department budget. Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience in supply and procurement, be fluent in Spanish and English, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
Key missions
- Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de la chaîne d'approvisionnement pour le marché cubain et les opérations internationales.
- Diriger des projets stratégiques, définir les priorités et les exigences fonctionnelles en collaboration avec les unités commerciales.
- Coordonner les activités logistiques pour les biens secs et finis afin d'assurer une livraison et une facturation en temps voulu.
