Key Responsibilities: Connect with customers via calls or in-person meetings to explain insurance products Generate leads and convert them into successful sales Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health and life insurance policies Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies Build and maintain strong customer relationships Eligibility Criteria: Graduate / Undergraduate (with relevant experience) Good communication and convincing skills Sales experience preferred (freshers with strong communication can also apply) Basic knowledge of insurance products is an added advantage Compensation: Health Insurance: 25,000 (Net Take-Home) Life Insurance: 18,600 (Net Take-Home) Attractive incentives over and above salary
