Join MSX, a dedicated partner to leading automotive brands and mobility companies worldwide. As a Senior Solution Sales Consultant for ASEAN Markets, you will drive sales and develop business across all value streams in the region. Your responsibilities will include sales strategy development, business development, client engagement, collaboration, market analysis, and performance tracking. You should have a proven track record in business development or project delivery within the automotive industry, with at least 5-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles.

Who We're Looking For:

Skills:

  • Proven track record in Business Development and/or Project Delivery within Automotive Sales or Service
  • Proven understanding of the automotive industry
  • Demonstrated capabilities at engaging Clients (OEM, Dealer Managers) and presenting service solutions
  • Proven existing relationship within the Automotive industry at OEMs and/or Distributors and/or Dealer Groups required
  • Abilities at working with regional / global teams

Experiences:

  • At least 5–7 years in Sales, Business Development, Sales Strategy & Development, Market Analysis, Sales Performance Tracking , Client Engagement, Project Management for OEM or Automotive Service Provider
  • Experience in roles such as Dealer Performance Consultant, Business Management Consultant, Sales Manager/Director, GM – Sales Operations, or Business Development Manager/Director
  • Experience in automotive, retail, auto parts, or automotive consulting (e.g., GP Strategies, Deloitte, or related consulting firms) is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong follow-through with visible ownership of outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Malaysian permanent work rights only
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management and/or Marketing
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office programs especially Excel and PowerPoint
