We are seeking a Junior Business Transformation Analyst to join our business transformation service. In this entry-level role, you will support initiatives that improve business performance, processes, operating models, and digital capabilities across our clients. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to develop skills in change, process improvement, and transformation delivery.

You will work closely with senior transformation leads, business stakeholders, and project teams to help analyze current ways of working, support change initiatives, and contribute to the successful delivery of transformation programs. This role offers early exposure to clients, structured problem solving, and accelerated professional development within a consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of business and digital transformation projects for external clients
• Assist in analyzing client organizations, including processes, operating models, governance, and performance metrics
• Help document current state (“as is”) assessments and contribute to future state (“to be”) designs
• Prepare high quality client deliverables, including presentations, analytical models, and progress reports
• Conduct data analysis and benchmarking to identify improvement opportunities
• Support project management and engagement execution (planning, tracking milestones, risks, and actions)
• Participate in client workshops, interviews, and working sessions alongside senior consultants
• Contribute to change management activities, including stakeholder analysis, communication materials, and adoption planning
• Support internal consulting initiatives such as methodology development, knowledge sharing, and proposal preparation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Initial professional experience, including internships and graduate/trainee programs in consulting, strategy, or transformation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work effectively in team based, fast paced consulting environments
• Professional attitude and strong client service orientation
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements (as applicable)
• Confidence working with PowerPoint and Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus
• Curiosity, resilience, and a continuous learning mindset
