Role overview We’re hiring a hands-on Blockchain Engineer to design, build, and maintain blockchain infrastructure and smart contract systems for Web3 gaming experiences. You’ll work with product, full stack engineers, designers, and partners to deliver secure, scalable solutions for NFTs, marketplaces, token systems, and decentralized game features. What you’ll do Design, develop, test, and deploy secure smart contracts (NFTs, tokens, staking, marketplaces). Optimize contracts and on-chain logic for gas efficiency, scalability, and security. Build and maintain blockchain integrations, backend services, and APIs that interact with chains. Integrate wallet/connectivity flows and manage transaction/workflow reliability. Support audits, vulnerability mitigation, and secure-coding best practices. Work across EVM and non-EVM ecosystems (Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, etc.), and support layer-2 / cross-chain solutions. Participate in architecture planning, code reviews, GitHub workflows, and technical documentation. Research emerging Web3 gaming technologies and propose improvements for interoperability and UX. Must-have qualifications Proven experience as a Blockchain / Smart Contract Engineer. Strong Solidity or Rust development experience and smart contract deployment in production. Deep understanding of blockchain architecture, token standards (ERC 20/721/1155), and decentralized systems. Experience with Web3 libraries (Ethers.js, Web3.js, Viem) and dev tools (Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, Anchor). Strong testing, debugging, and security mindset; experience supporting audits. Comfortable working remotely with distributed international teams; strong written and verbal communication. Nice-to-have Experience building blockchain games, NFT marketplaces, or virtual economy systems. Familiarity with Layer 2 scaling, cross chain bridges, or non EVM chains (Solana, Cosmos, Avalanche). Background in backend or DevOps (node management, cloud infra) and multisig/wallet security. Open-source contributions, DeFi protocol experience, or multiplayer game systems knowledge.
