Join Workday, a leading enterprise management cloud company, as a Large Enterprise Account Executive in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategies to prioritize, target, and close key opportunities in your assigned territory. You will initiate and support sales of Workday solutions, build relationships with new customers, negotiate deals with C-Suite executives, and maintain accurate customer and pipeline data. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in field sales, selling SaaS/Cloud-based solutions, and collaborating with internal teams.

About the role

- Proven experience understanding the strategic competitive landscape of the industry by staying up to date with trends and customer needs so you can effectively position Workday solutions within accounts - Able to quickly establish trust with key stakeholders - Prior experience with partnering with internal team members on account strategies for short and long term prospecting and territory management - 5+ years experience with managing longer deal cycles, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities - 5+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud based ERP / HCM / Financial / Planning / or Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position - 5+ years experience collaborating with internal teams (pre-sales, value, inside sales) to achieve quota and run multiple deals at once - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key missions

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territory.
  • Initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Large Enterprise prospects, focusing on deal management and connecting customers with Workday solutions.
  • Negotiate deals with C-Suite Executives to close opportunities, maintaining accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.
