Accrued Markets LLC provides B2B marketing solutions for the real estate industry. We help real estate agents and related professionals improve lead generation, online presence, marketing follow-up, and appointment flow. We are looking for remote Lead Setters / Appointment Setters to help us connect with real estate professionals and book qualified sales conversations. This is a remote contract, commission-only role for people who are comfortable on the phone, organized, self-motivated, and able to communicate clearly with business owners and real estate professionals. Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify potential B2B leads in real estate and related industries. - Call, email, and follow up with prospects. - Build rapport quickly and professionally. - Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. - Keep accurate notes on conversations, follow-ups, and scheduled calls. Qualifications: - Appointment setting, lead generation, cold calling, customer service, or B2B sales experience. - Strong communication and phone presence. - Comfortable working remotely and independently. - Real estate, marketing, SaaS, or agency experience is a plus.
