We are seeking a highly specialized employee for our Georgian restaurant in Amsterdam. Responsible for combining authentic Georgian product sourcing, supplier coordination and management, cultural expertise and content creation. The position requires in-depth knowledge of Georgian cuisine, language, and producer networks. Due to this unique combination, this is not a standard HORECA or marketing role.

Key Responsibilities -
Manage direct communication with Georgian food and wine suppliers,
Source and coordinate authentic Georgian products and imports,
Maintain and develop relationships with Georgian producers,
Create visual content representing Georgian cuisine and culture,
Manage and update the restaurant online presence,
Safeguard authenticity of Georgian branding and storytelling,
Support operational activities when required.

Desired Candidate Profile -
Fluency in English and Georgian language,
Intimate knowledge of Georgian cuisine, wine, and culinary culture,
Experience with Georgian suppliers and product sourcing,
Practical experience in content creation (social media, editing, videography, production),
Ability to combine operational, creative, and supplier-related tasks.

Educational Qualification -
Graduate in any discipline.
