Join our team as a Senior Product Change Manager for Confectionery. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end execution of Everyday and Seasonal Innovation, renovation, productivity, and business continuity projects across the Confectionery portfolio. You will drive strong project management discipline, ensuring projects are delivered On Time and In Full (OTIF), while balancing speed, complexity, and business priorities. You will partner with various cross-functional teams and navigate complexity with agility. This is a fast-paced, impact-driven role that requires strong ownership, high organizational capability, proactive risk management, and the ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization.

- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of time-sensitive projects in a dynamic, matrixed environment. complex project portfolio independently - Advanced communication and influence skills to align teams and move decisions forward quickly - A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: - Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and tight and timelines - Strong analytical thinking and familiarity with change management and governance practices - Proficiency in project management tools - PMP certificate and Accolade experience are a plus - Job specific requirements: - Bachelor`s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field - 5+ years’ experience in managing cross-functional projects in product change, commercialization, or innovation, preferably within CPG or highly dynamic consumer-focused industries - Strong business acumen and the ability to link project execution to business goals - A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for simplifying complexity - Resilience under pressure and a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction - Familiarity with stage-gate processes and commercialization of food or consumer products - Experience mentoring or coaching peers informally to raise team standards
