Join our team as the Senior Manager of Employee Relations & HR Compliance. In this role, you will oversee the company's global employee relations and HR compliance programs, ensuring a consistent, fair, and legally compliant approach. You will lead the global employee relations strategy, manage an Employee Relations Specialist, and partner with various departments to mitigate organizational risk. Additionally, you will oversee all HR compliance programs, lead HR compliance audits, and provide legal and practical counsel to HR and management. This position requires a JD degree, 8+ years of experience in employment law or HR compliance, and a deep understanding of employment, labor, privacy, and immigration compliance matters.
