Join the OLRT project in Ontario, Canada, as a Construction Superintendent. This V.I.E role is open to EU citizens aged 18-28, who are graduates and fluent in English. You will oversee multiple teams, coordinate schedules, control costs, and maintain high standards of workmanship. - You have graduated with a master’s degree in civil engineering and/or construction and have more than two year-working experience in construction. As such, you have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.

- You show an international mindset which will allow you to enjoy what Canada can offer to the fullest – a previous international experience will be appreciated!
- You speak fluent English and feel confident communicating in any context—on site, in meetings, or day-to-day—and you're excited about the opportunity to live and work in Canada, making the most of everything it has to offer.
- You have your driver’s license, and you’re ready to move between sites if needed.
