About the Role Rossell Techsys is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fabricator / Manufacturing Engineer to join our Production team. This is an individual contributor role focused on delivering high-quality wire harnesses and integrated assemblies for aerospace and defense applications. Roles and Responsibilities • Have knowledge of basic IT Operations & Activities • Drive and coordinate IT specific projects and support in timely completion of projects across the organization where IT support is required • Proactively communicate on project status on periodic basis • Familiar with common IT devices like Laptops, Desktops, Tabs, Basic Networking, software installations, debug of software/hardware issues in user systems • To be the end-user’s primary interface, coordinate with them on information gathering, communicating status, getting necessary clarity for missing information, etc. • Able to follow the laid down process diligently both with the end-users and the Operations Team • Create SOPs for all IT Operations processes and enforce their implementation • Ensure IT asset database integrity and drive periodic audits to ensure compliance • Co-ordinate with hardware/software/solution vendors for support as necessary • Manage the IT Operations with 3rd party team members their availability, accountability & productivity • Co-ordinate with 3rd party suppliers, vendors & partners as necessary to address any issues that require their support • Provide report on the weekly status and KPIs • Provide solutions to the IT Operations team for issues that do not have SOPs laid out • Excellent communication skills
