The candidate should have experience as follows: • Network Configuration & Troubleshooting across LAN/WAN environment • Security Software Management • Ensure IT compliance with audit and security standards • Systems Administration • Drive data security, risk management, and disaster recovery planning • Proficient in hardware management and troubleshooting • Experience in Firewall configuration and management • Proficient in the installation and configuration of printers, scanners, and drivers • Hands-on experience with backups, Active Directory • Provided remote support for technical issues • Manage Vendors, daily IT operations, develop IT policies, and manage budgets • Asset Inventory & Management • Diploma in Computer Hardware and Networking • Good communication skills
