They are hiring forthe post of Sales Executives: We have given the detailed Job Description as: Position:Sales Executive Employment Type:Full-Time, Permanent Location:Kolkata (Head Office) with travel Candidates Sought:Fresh Graduates (BBA / B.Com / BA Economics); Experienced: 0 to 1year experience Fixed CTC: 2.5 to 3.5 Lakhs per annum Variable / Incentive: 50,000 to 75,000 p.a. (uncapped for top performers) Total CTC: 3 to 4.25 Lakhs per annum Probation Period: 3 months (performance review at end of probation) Statutory Benefits: Gratuity & PF as per statutory norms Career Growth:Promotion to Senior Sales Executive within 18 24 months based on performance Joining: Immediate / within 30 days of offer. Number of Openings: Multiple ROLE OVERVIEW: The Sales Executive is a front-line commercial role responsible for identifying, approaching, and converting business opportunities in B2B markets. This is a relationship-driven, target-oriented position suited to individuals with strong communication skills, a competitive spirit, and genuine interest in sales and business development. The ideal candidate will grow into a Senior Sales Executive or Business Development role within 18 24 months Candidate Profile We Are Looking For • BBA / B.Com / BA Economics graduate with minimum 55% aggregate • Excellent verbal communication in English and Bengali / Hindi • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient individuals • Comfortable with client visits and field sales activities • Prior internship or experience in sales, retail, FMCG, or insurance is a plus KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Generate leads via cold calls, field visits, reference networks, and digital channels Identify and approach potential buyers in assigned geographies or product segments. • Conduct product presentations and share quotations / proposals with prospective clients. • Follow up on open leads and move them through the sales funnel. • Maintain daily call logs and update the CRM system. • Coordinate with dispatch and accounts teams for smooth order execution. • Collect market intelligence. • competitor pricing, buyer preferences, demand trends. • Support senior executives in managing and growing key accounts. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Educational Qualification • BBA / B.Com / BA (Economics) or equivalent undergraduate degree • Minimum 55% aggregate or equivalent CGPA • Fresh graduates (2024 2025 batch); up to 1 year of experience also considered Skills & Attributes (Required) • Excellent verbal communication in English and Bengali / Hindi • Strong interpersonal skills comfortable approaching strangers and building rapport • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient mindset • Basic proficiency in MS Excel, email, and smartphone applications • Willingness to travel within the city and occasionally outstation • High integrity and professional conduct Preferred (Not Mandatory) • Internship or part-time experience in sales, retail, insurance, or FMCG • Participation in college fests, debates, or team events • Knowledge of Tally or any ERP / CRM tool Selection Process • Resume screening by agency / HR. • Personal interview Communication, attitude & situational questions with Head of Sales + HR (conducted at our Kolkata office). • Final Offer Verbal offer + written letter of intent within 3 working days Offer letter issued within 3 working days of final interview.
