Job Title: Senior Recruitment Manager Location: Hyderabad Company: Pranathi Software Services Pvt. Ltd. Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 8 12 years (or as per your requirement) Job Summary The Senior Recruitment Manager will lead, manage, and optimize the entire recruitment function at Pranathi Software Services Pvt. Ltd. The role involves developing hiring strategies, managing recruitment teams, building talent pipelines, and ensuring efficient end-to-end hiring for IT and non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with strong stakeholder management, team leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the IT services hiring landscape. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy • Lead and manage the recruitment team to meet organizational hiring goals. • Develop scalable recruitment strategies aligned with business growth and project needs. • Plan, forecast, and execute hiring plans in collaboration with department heads and leadership. • Drive recruitment process improvements for efficiency and quality. Talent Acquisition • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for mid-level to leadership positions (IT & non-IT). • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and high-demand skills. • Manage sourcing strategies job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and external agencies. • Implement best practices for screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation. Stakeholder & Client Management • Partner closely with business leaders to understand job requirements, timelines, and skill expectations. • Provide regular hiring updates, dashboards, and data-driven insights to management. • Ensure excellent candidate and hiring-manager experience. Team Management • Mentor, train, and guide recruitment team members. • Set KPIs, evaluate performance, and ensure productivity across the team. • Foster a collaborative, goal-oriented work environment. Process Compliance & Reporting • Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and HR standards. • Manage offer negotiations, salary discussions, and closure processes. • Maintain recruitment metrics such as TAT, source mix, cost per hire, and quality of hire. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. • 8 12 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 4 years in a leadership/managerial role. • Strong knowledge of IT recruitment, staffing trends, and current market dynamics. • Proven experience in managing and scaling recruitment teams. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. • Experience using ATS, HRMS, and sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.). Preferred Skills • Experience working in IT services/consulting companies. • Exposure to volume hiring and niche skills hiring. • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and high-pressure environments. • Strong networking ability and talent-branding experience.
