Job description:Regional Sales and Marketing Executive Kolkata, (WestBengal) Location: West Bengal Region Conveyor Manufacturing / Material Handling Systems Position Title: Sales & Marketing Engineer Conveyor Systems Department: Sales & Marketing Job Summary They are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional for the West Bengal region with experience in Conveyor Systems, Material Handling Equipment. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer relationship management, project coordination, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities • Generate new business opportunities for conveyor systems and material handling projects. • Handle complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to order finalization. • Visit customers, industries, consultants, and project sites across West Bengal region. • Prepare techno-commercial quotations and follow up with clients. • Coordinate with design, proposal, and production teams for technical discussions. • Develop strong relationships with existing and potential customers. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis. • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. • Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, and industrial events. • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and project schedules with clients. • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers. • Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports to management.
