Vice President HR or Senior HR Director $120,000 - $130,000 Starting Salary We are seeking a Senior HR Director to become a part of the team! You will be responsible for managing HR activities for the organization. We will also consider a VP HR title for qualified candidates. This is a privately owned, chef-driven, vibrant fast-casual restaurant concept poised for rapid growth. HR experience in the restaurant industry is crucial for this role. Position based in Alexandria, Virginia. The HR Director will oversee all aspects of the HR function relating to hiring, compliance, on boarding, management/crew sourcing, and other related functions. Experience within a corporate franchise or independent setting will be relevant to this role. HR certifications will be a plus. The role will come with a full benefits package, PTO/Vacation, and premium salary Experience in a growth concept will be a plus. Building HR teams as expansion progress will also be a part of this role.
