General Manager Full service concept, Richmond Virginia market. We have an opening for a General Manager opportunity. This is an immediate hire with 4-6 months track for success within the brand before taking over a location. GM’s typically work day shifts. The ideal background will be full service, $2M annual sales, 30-50 employees and 2+ years at the GM or AGM level. Bar experience is not required. We offer full, local training, benefits, great salary and brand/job security with a five day work week. $55K base plus bonus = low $60’s realistic first year compensation.
