Join MSX International Group, the leading global provider of outsourced business solutions for the automotive industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for strategic planning, client and stakeholder management, operational performance, continuous improvement, people development, sales and commercial strategy, and compliance and governance. You will collaborate with the Regional Delivery Leader to define the annual Value Stream Operational Plan, build and nurture strategic client relationships, drive operational performance, implement continuous improvement initiatives, mentor project managers, provide strategic technical expertise to the sales team, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
About the role
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in project management or delivery management, specifically in repair or automotive industories.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with P&L (budget/forecasting) responsibility.
Experience in leading and developing cross-functional teams and managing direct reports via performance dialogues.
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage client escalations effectively.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven operational excellence.
Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and SOP development.
Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Knowledge of quality standards (ISO9001) and specific industry certifications (e.g., TISAX) is highly preferred.
Language & Tools
Business level proficiency in English and Japanese (both written and verbal).
Proficiency in Business Analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) and Project Management software.

財務計画、予算策定、および収支予測プロセスに関する深い理解。
品質管理規格（ISO9001）や業界固有の認証（TISAX等）に関する知識があれば尚可。
言語およびツール
ビジネスレベルの英語力および日本語力（読み書き・会話の両方）。
ビジネス分析ツール（Power BI等）およびプロジェクト管理ソフトウェアの習熟。
