As an Account Executive in AR Automation, you will manage the full sales cycle, identify customer needs, and work cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience. This is a remote position with occasional travel, offering a competitive salary and benefits.

About the role

  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience or equivalent, ideally in financial software, automation, or B2B solutions
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
  • Strong listening and discovery skills with a consultative selling approach
  • Comfortable managing multiple deals and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to grow within a supportive sales culture
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, or similar sales tools is a plus

Additional Information

The compensation for this role is performance-based, tied to achieving key KPIs and targets. The structure is $125K base + $125K variable (OTE $250K).
