This role focuses on ERP systems, business process improvement, and supporting digital transformation initiatives across shipyard operations. Key Responsibilities Analyze business processes and ERP system requirements Gather and document functional requirements and workflows Support process improvement and Lean Six Sigma initiatives Act as liaison between technical teams and stakeholders Develop process maps, documentation, and governance models Support metrics, dashboards, and analytics initiatives Assist with change management and system enhancements Participate in program reviews and technical working groups Qualifications & Requirements U.S. Citizenship Required ️Active Secret Clearance Required Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field 4 7 years of experience in process improvement or ERP analysis Experience with data analysis and change management Technical Skills: Experience with ERP systems and business process modeling Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies Strong documentation and stakeholder coordination skills
