#Hiring: DevOps Engineers (Levels II & III) (AWS Infrastructure) Location: Annapolis Junction, MD ️ Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph - REQUIRED Schedule: Full-time On-site (SCIF) Salary: $175K $230K About the Role Central Texas Recruiting is seeking DevOps Engineers II & III to support a modernized, mission-critical system built on cloud-native and microservices architecture. This role focuses on building, automating, and sustaining highly available AWS infrastructure in a secure environment. Work is primarily performed on-site within a SCIF. Key Responsibilities Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Python) Automate provisioning, patching, and compliance of RHEL systems Install, configure, and tune Kubernetes, Docker Compose, NiFi, and logging/metrics tools Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab Runners and Argo CD Support and maintain AWS cloud environments Collaborate closely with engineering teams and mission stakeholders Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and ensure platform reliability Qualifications & Requirements U.S. Citizenship Required ️ Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 9+ years of experience (or 4+ years with a related Master’s degree) Current Security+ CE certification Preferred Experience (any 2) • AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS, Step Functions, Athena) using Terraform • AWS networking (VPCs, NAT, gateways) • GitLab CI/CD pipeline development • Kubernetes experience (EKS, ECS, Fargate) • Infrastructure troubleshooting and performance optimization
