Job Description / Requirements - Seeking long-term position. - Timely and willing to work. - Reliable Means of Transportation. - Drivers License. - Commercial Electrical experience. - Project Management experience. - Ability to delegate men across different jobs and tasks according to skill level to keep jobs manned and on schedule. - Ability to communicate effectively with crews, other trades, our office, and general contractors / inspectors, etc. - Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and OSHA compliant workplace. - Organized and detail-oriented. - Ability to keep up with more than one project at a time. - Ability to work with Fire Alarm, Communications, Security, and other systems. - Ability to schedule equipment delivery, second-tier subcontractors, third party testing, utility hookups, and inspections.
