Company: Venture Smarter Location: Work From Home Position Type: Full-Time About the Role Venture Smarter is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Admin to support our customer service operations. This role involves handling administrative tasks, assisting customers through email or chat, organizing records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day support processes. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or support tickets Assist with documentation, data entry, and administrative support Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues Prepare reports and summaries as needed Support the customer service team in delivering excellent service Requirements Strong written communication and organizational skills Experience in admin, customer service, or support roles (preferred) Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace Proficient with basic computer tools (Google Workspace, Excel, CRM systems) Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Monthly Salary $550 $900 USD per month, depending on experience and performance How to Apply Head on over to search on Google for Venture Smarter then go to our Career page from the homepage if you dare to aspire for better in your career!
