As a Fast-Track General Manager, you will lead a team of 20 25 employees in a high-volume environment generating $1.5M $2.5M in annual sales. This role is designed for leaders who thrive in fast-paced settings and have experience managing not just dine-in operations, but also robust catering and dine-out revenue streams. Catering & Sales Growth: Spearhead the vibrant catering and dine-out business segments, ensuring timely execution and guest satisfaction. Brand Standards: Ensure consistency in the delivery of fresh, healthy, chef-crafted meals in a counter-service environment. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Proven experience as a General Manager or high-level Assistant General Manager (AGM) in a fast-casual or limited-service concept. Volume: Demonstrated success managing units with annual sales volumes between $1.5M and $2.5M. Leadership: Experience leading and developing a team of 20 25 staff members. Background: Ideal candidates will have a background in national fast-casual franchises or brands providing counter service.
