Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Compensation: Upfront commissions on accounts established, plus ongoing trails and renewals Location: Remote / Hybrid (as applicable) Overview Cirkal Financial Services is seeking experienced, entrepreneurial financial professionals to join our firm as Strategic Partners. This role is designed for motivated producers who want the flexibility of a 1099 structure, the upside of upfront compensation, and long-term income through trails and renewals without sacrificing support, integrity, or growth potential. As a Strategic Partner, you will work collaboratively with Cirkal Financial Services to establish and manage client relationships, grow assets or policies under management, and build sustainable recurring revenue. Are you currently employed or do you currently work 1099 or run a business and have income? Reason being, you will usually spend $500 in your first year in Finance, for federal and local background checks, fingerprints, licensing, continuing education, errors and omissions, proper attire and a professional photo. All are tax write-offs, but the initial cost is still there before we reimburse you. Key Responsibilities Develop, establish, and manage new client accounts aligned with Cirkal Financial Services’ offerings Provide professional guidance on insurance and/or investment solutions based on client needs Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support renewals and ongoing trail compensation Collaborate strategically with Cirkal Financial Services leadership on growth initiatives and market opportunities Maintain compliance with all applicable state, federal, and regulatory requirements Uphold the firm’s standards of ethics, professionalism, and client-first service Compensation Structure Upfront compensation paid for each account or policy established Ongoing trails and renewals for retained and renewing business No salary or hourly pay; compensation is production-based Significant earning potential tied directly to performance and book growth Licensing & Qualifications Active 2-15 Life & Health Insurance License or Securities licenses (e.g., Series 6, 7, 63, 65, or 66) required depending on services offered Proven experience in insurance, financial services, wealth management, or related fields Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a 1099 capacity Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills High level of integrity, accountability, and self-motivation What Cirkal Financial Services Offers Strategic partnership model not a traditional employee role Competitive upfront compensation with long-term recurring income Flexibility to build and manage your own book of business Supportive, growth-oriented firm culture Opportunity to scale income while maintaining independence Ideal Candidate This opportunity is ideal for licensed professionals who: Want control over their income and schedule Are seeking long-term residual income, not just one-time commissions Value partnership, transparency, and sustainable business growth
