Job description: Overview Join our dynamic team as a Revenue Cycle Management Sales and Lead Generation Specialist, where your energy and expertise will drive growth and optimize revenue streams for healthcare providers. In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our client base, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships within the healthcare industry. Your proactive approach will help streamline revenue cycle processes, ensuring our clients maximize their financial performance through innovative solutions and strategic outreach. Duties Develop and execute targeted lead generation strategies to attract new healthcare clients specializing in revenue cycle management services Identify potential clients by researching healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and medical practices to understand their revenue cycle needs Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and networking events to establish initial contact and nurture relationships with decision-makers in the healthcare sector Present compelling proposals that highlight the benefits of our revenue cycle management solutions, including expertise in medical billing, coding, and collections Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address client-specific challenges related to DRG (Diagnosis-Related Group), CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) coding, ICD (International Classification of Diseases) coding systems (ICD-9, ICD-10), and EMR/EHR systems integration Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions, follow-up activities, and sales pipeline progress using CRM tools Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in medical coding, billing practices, and revenue cycle management Requirements Proven experience in medical office operations or healthcare sales with a focus on revenue cycle management services Strong knowledge of medical billing processes, medical coding (DRG, CPT, ICD-9/10), and collections procedures Familiarity with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems implementation and utilization Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts related to medical terminology and coding standards Ability to identify client needs quickly and develop customized solutions that improve their revenue cycle efficiency Experience working with medical records management and understanding of compliance requirements in healthcare finance Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and relationship building Join us in transforming how healthcare providers optimize their revenue cycles!
