Benifits of the Indepentant Contractor: Full Commission Reocuring Residual Income each month off each client set up 3 bonuses a year based on performance Flexible Schedule Independant Contractor Work life Balance Place of faith that respects ethics and values Responsibilities Reach out to prospective clients via outbound calls, utilizing effective phone etiquette to introduce our services and generate interest Schedule appointments with qualified leads, ensuring all details are accurately recorded in our data entry systems Maintain professional communication with clients, providing clear information and answering questions promptly Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and nurture ongoing relationships Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies and enhance client engagement processes Manage customer support inquiries efficiently, providing exceptional service that reflects positively on our brand Utilize Microsoft Office tools and other computer skills to document interactions, update records, and analyze call data for continuous improvement Requirements Proven experience in call center environments or outbound calling roles, with strong call etiquette and communication skills Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases effectively Familiarity with customer support, client services, and data entry procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy Ability to handle cash transactions or payments is a plus but not mandatory Strong analysis skills to assess lead quality and optimize outreach efforts Excellent typing speed and accuracy for efficient record keeping Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Join us today as we connect people with solutions that make a difference!
