Part-Time Behavior Technician (BT) San Mateo, CA Reinforcement Monsters, LLC Reinforcement Monsters is currently seeking a dependable and engaging Behavior Technician (BT) to work one-on-one with a child in the San Mateo area. This part-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and can consistently bring energy, focus, and enthusiasm to each session. What You’ll Do Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)-based support in the child’s home Use play, structure, and positive reinforcement to help build important skills Follow individualized behavior plans and document progress Collaborate with your Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for ongoing guidance and professional development Requirements (Important) Must be willing to travel to San Mateo Part-time availability, with afternoons and evenings preferred Reliable transportation Ability to remain engaged, alert, and fully present during sessions Experience working with children preferred (ABA experience is a plus) We’re Looking for Someone Who Is Consistent and dependable Playful, patient, and engaging Receptive to feedback and eager to grow At least 18 years old Pay $26 $32 per hour, depending on experience and reliability How to Apply Send your updated CV to: careers@reinforcementmonsters.
