MVP Recruitment is partnering with a highly respected, non-profit Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation center in the Greater Boston area to recruit a Director of Nursing. This is a unique opportunity to lead clinical operations within an intimate, mission-driven community known for its strong reputation, high-quality care, and consistent 5-star CMS rating. This well-established center features under 90 total beds, including a 60-bed long-term care unit and a 30-bed short-term rehabilitation program. The organization is recognized for its patient-centered approach, strong staff retention, and collaborative leadership team. The Opportunity The Director of Nursing will provide strategic and operational leadership for all nursing services, ensuring the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff engagement. This role is ideal for a hands-on clinical leader who values culture, quality, and team development within a close-knit environment.
