MVP Recruitment is partnering with a beautiful, non-profit Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Boston to identify a Physical Therapist. This role is part of a well-established Rehabilitation Department focused on delivering individualized, patient-centered therapy to a diverse population across short-term rehab and long-term care.

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy including gait training, therapeutic exercise, and modalities
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and care plans accurately and timely
• Supervise PTAs and support staff as appropriate
• Assist with discharge planning and patient/family education
Qualifications:
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Massachusetts
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (or higher)
• Skilled Nursing, Rehab, or Hospital experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
