Client is a 5yo with multiple complications including a trach and a G-tube. Schedule is Mondays and Tuesdays: 6am to 2pm or 7am to 3pm Duties Perform comprehensive patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories to inform diagnosis and treatment plans. Document all patient interactions thoroughly using electronic health record (EHR) to ensure compliance with HIPAA Provide critical care support in emergency situations including airway management, trauma response, acute pain management. Accompany client to school while mantaining constant monitoring Perform tracheostomy care and management Tube feeding and G-tube management Medication adminstration Requirements Valid RN or LPN license in good standing with the appropriate state licensing board. Familiarity with EMR/EHR for accurate documentation. Ability to perform physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations with precision Strong critical thinking skills combined with excellent communication abilities for patient education and team collaboration.
