We are seeking a polished, relationship-driven professional to guide clients through every stage of a high-value transaction process with discretion, precision, and executive-level professionalism. This is a high-visibility role serving as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador for a nationally respected organization. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact from initial engagement through final settlement. Provide proactive, high-touch communication and anticipate client needs. Ensure accurate documentation, contracts, and financial settlements. Resolve complex or sensitive matters with sound judgment and professionalism. Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Oversee reconciliation and timely distribution of required documentation and proceeds. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in high-touch client services, relationship management, hospitality, financial services, or similar professional environments. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in deadline-driven settings. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) preferred. High level of ownership, accountability, and professionalism.
