Production Worker Qualifications and Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent is desired but not required. 6 months of manufacturing experience is desired but not reuqired. Ability to stand, move about and lift up to 50 pounds from time to time throughout the duration of an 8 hour shift. Comfortable within a manufacturing environment. Able to lift 40 pounds
