We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sr. Director, HR Operations to lead and optimize HR functions within a fast-paced, high-growth automotive environment. This leadership role will oversee HR Operations, Total Rewards, HR Systems, compliance, analytics, and workforce strategy while driving operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead enterprise-wide HR Operations and strategic HR initiatives
• Oversee compensation, benefits, HRIS, analytics, compliance, and global mobility programs
• Partner with executive leadership to support organizational growth and transformation
• Develop scalable HR processes and systems to support business expansion
• Lead and mentor senior-level HR teams
• Drive operational efficiency and employee experience initiatives
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
• Strong background in HR Operations, Total Rewards, and HR Systems
• Experience within Automotive, Manufacturing, or other complex high-growth environments
• Expertise in compensation, benefits, HR technology, analytics, global mobility, and compliance
• Proven success scaling HR operations during organizational transformation
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic leadership and hands-on execution
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing senior-level teams
