We are currently seeking a creative copywriter who is committed to producing exemplary original content. The copywriter will collaborate with colleagues to gain a comprehensive understanding of project expectations, generate content that aligns with the requirements of clients or employers, engage in brainstorming sessions, and conduct research to enhance or substantiate their writing. Additionally, the copywriter should be prepared to assist in other creative processes, including the selection of visual elements. To excel in this role, the copywriter must possess outstanding writing and research abilities, as well as the capacity to adapt to the diverse needs of clients or organizations. Punctuality, motivation, and meticulous attention to detail are essential attributes for success in this position. Qualifications • 3+ years of experience writing performance ads for Facebook and Instagram, with a proven track record of successful campaigns. • Portfolio demonstrating ads that have been run in paid accounts, including metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, or revenue. • Deep understanding of hooks, mechanisms, objections, proof elements, and buyer psychology. • Experience in categories with significant buyer resistance, such as info-products, coaching, online education, agency services, or e-commerce. • Ability to produce multiple complete ad scripts within a single working session, maintaining speed and quality. • Fluency in English at a native or near-native level. • Strong research skills, utilizing swipe files, competitor analysis, customer language, and internal data to inform copy. • Proficiency in AI tools to expedite research, variations, and angle exploration, with final copy reflecting your commercial instinct. • Excellent communication skills and ability to understand briefs and execute without requiring extensive explanation. Responsibilities • Write complete Facebook and Instagram ad scripts, including hooks, body, and calls-to-action, based on creative briefs. • Create multiple angle variations per brief for testing purposes, ensuring a diverse and effective ad portfolio. • Develop UGC-style scripts suitable for on-camera talent, formatted for easy delivery and execution. • Craft static ad copy, including headlines, primary text, and CTAs across different formats. • Rapidly iterate on underperforming ads, analyzing performance data to optimize copy for better results. • Collaborate with the creative strategy team to ensure ad copy aligns with strategic angles and campaign goals. • Review and refine your ad copy to ensure consistency with landing pages, VSLs, and funnels to maximize conversion. • Maintain a high volume of ad production, shipping multiple scripts daily to support ongoing testing and scaling efforts.
