This role plays a critical part in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment Troubleshoot and repair motors, pumps, valves, gearboxes, and mechanical systems Support production through equipment diagnostics and repairs Maintain maintenance logs and documentation Read and interpret equipment manuals and process diagrams Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Follow GMP, safety, and environmental guidelines Qualifications & Requirements 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong troubleshooting experience with industrial mechanical systems Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance programs Ability to read equipment manuals and technical documentation Experience in GMP or regulated manufacturing environments preferred High School Diploma or equivalent required
