Manage electronic health record (EHR) systems by documenting patient information, and updating medical records efficiently. Requirements Proven experience as a Medical Assistant in hospital medicine, urgent care, outpatient clinics, or similar environments. Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and medication administration protocols. Familiarity with EHR systems for accurate documentation and billing processes. Strong communication skills with a focus on patient service excellence; ability to handle fast-paced situations calmly and efficiently. Ability to perform clinical tasks including taking vital signs, and assisting with procedures.
