We are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative healthcare team focused on improving independence, function, and quality of life for patients across a range of needs.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills and occupational performance
Support patients recovering from injury, illness, surgery, or developmental conditions
Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers
Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other clinical staff
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports
Qualifications
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active Occupational Therapist license in the applicable state
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Ability to manage a diverse patient caseload
2 years experience
Preferred Experience
Experience in acute care, outpatient, rehabilitation, pediatrics, or skilled nursing settings
Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
CPR/BLS certification preferred
