CNC Operator is an exciting and highly collaborative position that offers the opportunity to work closely with our internal teams in Design, Account Management, and Production. Our CNC Operator maintains, programs and operates our CNC machines and laser cutting machine. In addition, the CNC Operator will be required to assist the production team with bench fabrication and exhibit prep. Success in this role requires a high level of knowledge of traditional cabinet making skills as well as 3-axis CNC and 5-axis CNC cutting and engraving. Responsibilities • Maintain, program, and operate Biesse 3-axis and Biesse 5-axis CNC machines • Maintain, program, and operate Vytek laser cutting machine • Ensure our customer service standards are met • Assist production team with bench fabrication and assembly • Assist with exhibit preparation • Ensure schedules are met for each project • Work overtime when required Nuts & Bolts Qualifications • Proven work experience with Biesse CNC machines • Proven experience as cabinet maker • Strong computer and technical skills • Capacity to troubleshoot machine issues with minimal supervision • Great mechanical aptitude and good math skills • Keen eye for detail and results driven approach • Strong team player and good communication abilities • Resourceful and self-motivated Superstar Qualifications • Passionate about great work • Active problem solver • Seek to take ownership of projects • Believe anything worth doing is worth doing right every time • Thrive working on a number of projects at any one time • High energy with willingness to go the extra mile! • Good organization, detail and follow-up skills
