Our Nursing personnel are responsible for assisting with the daily management of medication and therapy needs of our residents. They will also perform routine nursing tasks such as administering injections, cleaning and maintaining patient rooms, and general maintenance tasks.. This position has flexibility on the days and hours depending on the needs of the facility. Position Responsibilities: Administer medications as prescribed by the physician Assist with physical therapy procedures as directed by the physician Conduct routine patient care activities Communicate with patients’ family members regarding treatment plans, changes in status or concerns about safety Coordinate with other professionals as needed to ensure quality care
