You will manage logistics, supervise a fantastic crew, and hand-deliver peace of mind to families during a major life transition. - What You’ll Be Doing Be the Anchor: Guide and support sweet clients and their families through the downsizing and moving process. - Lead the Crew: Supervise, motivate, and cheer on your team members during packing, unpacking, and complete home setup. - Curate the Space: Measure for furniture, draft floor plans, hang pictures, and add those final, heartwarming touches so their new house feels like home instantly. - Call the Shots: Manage external movers to ensure quality, efficiency, and absolute professionalism. - Keep it Smooth: Handle basic digital tasks (Microsoft 365, Google Docs, SMS databases) and spot new business opportunities along the way. - Who You Are - A People Person: You establish rapport instantly, exude empathy, and genuinely love working with seniors. - A Grounded Professional: You can pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment, work independently, and take the responsibility of your role seriously. - An Excellent Communicator: You listen well and communicate with clarity and kindness.
