Overview

We are seeking a detailed oriented, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent customer experience by managing customer accounts, handling inquiries and supporting sales efforts with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through timely, professional communication
  • Accurately enter, process, and manage customer orders from initial entry through shipment
  • Support customers with quotes, pricing, delivery inquiries, and issue resolutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Inside Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Managers, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Develop and apply knowledge of key business processes and internal systems, including the Sales Database and Pricing Module
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance goals

Qualifications

Required

      • Demonstrate strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
      • Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining initiative and productivity during slower periods
      • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
      • Flexibility and willingness to travel as required

Preferred

  • Previous Customer Service Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience using Salesforce
