Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in requirement analysis, design, development, and testing
- Build backend services using Golang/Java/Python (interface design, coding, unit testing)
- Optimize system performance, stability, and scalability
- Collaborate with the team to solve technical challenges
- Stay current with community trends and maintain technical documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience with Golang/Java/Python
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and coding best practices
- Familiar with microservices architecture, RESTful API design, RPC, and message queues
- Experience with MySQL, Redis, and database design/optimization
- Comfortable with Linux command-line tools and system monitoring
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with distributed systems, high concurrency, or big data is a plus
- Bilingual in both English and Chinese to liaise with regional team members.
