Job scope:
KeyResponsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily productionactivities to meet production targets, quality requirements, and deliveryschedules.
- Coordinate and manage production supervisors,operators, and staff to maintain smooth workflow and productivity.
- Ensure all operations comply with companyprocedures, work instructions, and ISO 9001 quality standards.
- Monitor production performance, identifyoperational issues, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Optimize the use of manpower, machinery, andmaterials to maximize output.
- Maintain workplace safety, proper housekeeping,and correct equipment usage.
- Collaborate with internal departments such asQuality, Engineering, Warehouse, and Customer Service to support smoothoperations and order fulfillment.
- Liaise with overseas counterparts when requiredto support production needs.
- Provide guidance and training to staff toimprove skills, productivity, and work quality.
- Leadership& Team Management
- Lead and supervise production teams whilepromoting teamwork and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies andaddress performance or operational issues professionally and constructively.
