Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm

Job Description:
Business Development
• Develop and grow business opportunities in Southeast Asia markets.
• Engage with companies and local partners to promote training programs, including SSG WSQ-certified courses.
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable learning and upskilling solutions, including government- funded WSQ training pathways.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and training partners.
• Prepare training proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Sales & Marketing Roles
• Conduct regular visits to corporate clients and training partners to strengthen relationships
• Deliver a corporate presentation about the training centre’s offering, including SSG WSQ courses and funding support schemes.
• Promote key programs relevant to each client’s industry
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and course enrolment.
• Create marketing content tailored to regional audiences, including email, promotional materials, and website content.
Social Media Management
• Manage and grow the company’s presence across key social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content to promote courses, events, and success stories.
