• Conduct routine walkthroughs to ensure compliance with occupational safety and health requirements and rectify unsafe work conditions.

• Organize and deliver safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and emergency preparedness drills for staff.

• Lead root-cause investigations for accidents and near-misses, and enforce corrective/preventative actions.

• Maintain rigorous safety logs, compile statistical reports, and handle necessary compliance paperwork.

• Ensure the worksite adheres to local authorities and labor laws (e.g., OSHA in the US or MOM WSH) in Singapore.

• Identify WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions and practices.Report instances of WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions and practices to team members.

• Support WSH incident and accident investigations.

• Support implementation of actions to improve WSH performance and control risks.
